Competitive Analysis

User Flow Study of One Drop, a diabetes management product

Patient journey

I mapped the patient journey in red and blue. The red path was the acute path where the patient had an acute event like a heart attack and needed hospitalization. The blue path was intervention before the acute event. Both paths result in similar treatment. Below the journey, the team ideated.
